4px shipment: what’s happening?

Hello everyone.
I recently bought a 116500ln from a TD (Pure Time).
the shipment is with the 4px courier and I am having some problems.
Can any of you explain to me what is happening?
the package is directed to Italy.

Those are just the normal steps in the shipping process. It will take several days just to get out of country, going through customs processing, which has been delayed due to Coronavirus.

Be patient. Ordering these is not a fast process, but once it clears customs in your country, you'll have it soon.

Never heard of the company name before are they fast like FedEx?
