I purchased a GF Breitling and upon arrival the rotor was off. Me not being handy whatsoever, I emailed Katt and he gave the go ahead to send to him.
Literally within 3 hours of him receiving the watch, the rotor was back on, he siliconed the ball bearings, siliconed the case gasket, crown and case tube and the watch was on its way back home.
The price to do this was beyond reasonable. 5 stars!
