IWC Mark XVII gen/rep comparison

Sorry, no time for a detailed write up but I'll let the pictures do the talking. Can you tell which is which? Hint: Rep and Gen are always on the same sides of the photos

To dispel the myth out there, the rep crown isn't as bad as some people say it is

i did, what made me say gen right is the application of the red date triangle, application is much more refined.

if left or right side is rep, Rep's dial quite good to me.

Don't really know anything about IWC watch .Is the gen really on the right if that's true haha I liked the rep dial more prefer the 2 & 4 wording on the left dial( the very first picture maybe it's just the angle problem) and the 2 small dots at 12oclock

i knew it from the first picture as well, but i knew it because of the number "7" and "10"
however, the rep is fantastic enough
and i cannot tell the difference regarding to the lume shot.
