Mysterious Rolex

Hello guys
I need your help.
A friend of mine recently gave me a vintage female Rolex and I don't have any clue which model it is or what's the reference number of it.
I visited today my local watchsmith and my authorized rolex dealer, but both of them didn't know any information about the watch and saw it for the first time.
The case and the bracelet of the watch are made out of 18k yellow gold.
In the watch there's beating a Rolex cal. 1400 (handwound).
If you have any information about this model, please contact me.

No, all I seen where piles of letters and numbers that meant nothing to me, like chinese script.

Remove the band and see if any numbers are located between the lugs.

The bracelet is connected with the case and can't be removed.

It's just a Picture of the caseback without the movement in it.
You can remove the caseback with a knife or something like this by just popping it off.
The bracelet is attached to the case, like it would be welded with it.

It‘s an very old lady’s Rolex. Should be an early Orchid Model.

It's a ladies Orchid Precision from the 1960s.
