What would be a good price to purchase a Rolex Submariner 116610LV (Hulk)

I am thinking of selling my Rolex Submariner 116610LV (Hulk), and am wondering what all of you think a good asking price would be.

I've seen sky high pricing, as well as prices that are much lower all over the net.

You guys are the experts, so thought I'd enquire.

Putting money down on a new house, so the watch as to go, although I'd love to keep it.

I have been looking at prices on chrono24 as a guide for blnr and daytona. Very much dependent on condition, box, papers and location.
