I have this on the way!!!!! (I figured this was ok to post here....considering what forum we are on....delete this if I am wrong!!)
It was a small run, but it sold out in 2 days (2 movement choices, I went with the ETA 2824, but there was also a NH35) Next run is in 3 months probably (considering it sold out in 2 days, that dynamic might change) :)

If You check out the thread on WUS some people are starting to get theirs. Pretty nice.

Picked up this Kinetic from Creation Watches, I think it looks awesome. The styling has an industrial feel. It has a dark blue dial that looks amazing in conjunction with the pepsi bezel, which btw is a joy to turn, nice and smooth. This is my first kinetic and ppl say you either love them or hate them, so let's see how I feel in a months time or so.

When I ordered off their site, I ordered the pre-ProSpecs logo version. I was looking forward to having the pre-X version for the cleaner dial look. However, after receiving it and getting used to this one I can say that I am comfortable with it now. The real upside to getting the newer release, mine has a 2017, February code in the sn. Anyway, the upside is that these have the newer lithium rechargeable batteries as opposed to the first gen version batteries, which were causing problems for ppl. So, in essence, I saved myself the PITA of changing the battery out for the newer one.

I also thought there was going to be an issue with me disliking the second hand tick, but I can also say that I don't mind the ticking over the smooth sweep of the second hand. I find the bracelet is a neat idea having the endlinks be more or less flat/straight, and then having the first link spread out to flow into the lugs the way it does. Lighting is bad, been raining all day and no sun at all. I need to take some better pics once wx lets up.

They look great. especially the tuna can imo, its a beast.
Both are iconic case/dial setups and both have their place in any watch collectors stable.
I'm just waiting on the MM300 to go live, then I'm snatching one!
Wear these beauties in good health mate.

I'm looking forward to it for you too!
Look like there are quite a few WUS members waiting on theirs. Since the seller had issues with the first case maker, hopefully the new case maker will get production up and running and caught up so the rest of us can have a piece of the action.

Ok. That armida is awesome. In a few days I have gone from " there is homage Seiko" to this is a "must have ".

Initially, I thought 38mm was going to be too small. But it is growing on me as well. I still want a Samurai....and a Shogun....and a Sumo....and a Snowflake....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Seiko is insanely awesome. The sapphire crystal on this Armida is bad@$$ though. It looks like a classic plexiglass crystal, and the bezel insert is enamel painted aluminum (which looks awesome). The 38mm is growing on me (a size I thought would be too small previously)

mate, check out the thread at WUS. There seems to be some question as to what movement was put in for those who paid for eta.

Still on the wrist. 52mm lug to lug and 44mm wide on my 7.5 in. wrist.
Only 11mm thick due to the countersunk caseback makes this a very comfortable watch to wear.

Has anyone bought or seen the Sharkey or Merkur Turtle with the MESH the seller supplies? Are the end links there or is there a gap with the spring bar showing? Know what I mean?

Will curved end bracelets for Seiko fit the clones?

I am not liking the stock hands of these SBDC/SPB 62mas reissue, but with the Yobokies hands it is a completely different watch

Love Seikos. The security of mind knowing that my watches will outlive me is very comforting. I own the SKX009 on the Angus Jubilee, SRPA21 on the Super Jubilee, SKA369, and the latest addition: SSA345. The beautiful 'Espresso Martini' actually has a decent leather strap and buckle. I'm still going to put it on a white strap from Jacob, but I was pleasantly surprised that the strap felt like it would last longer than 15 minutes. Currently debating whether to buy some more replicas, or save up for a Marinemaster. If anyone in Australia wants to take the SKX off my hands to make my decision easier, I'm all ears!
