Cartier Argent from an old estate sales genuine?

Hey fellas,

Pulled the trigger on this vintage looking Cartier Argent I stumbled across at an estate sale and curious whether anyone might be able to shed some light on whether it's the real deal?

Any comments or thoughts are appreciated!

Looks to be genuine. It should have a quartz movement, and worth probably around $1,000 tops.
