Hoping to make my second purchase and was wondering what you guys thought? BP or Noob? I’ve seen some REF that look amazing but believe the movement is unreliable.

it depends what in your opinion is the "best" if best for you is looking the same as gen or the movement should be like gen etc.
if you are just for look amazing than the REF is great.. but as you said...the movement is unrealiable.. some flaws in this aspect but.. BP is good in the movement but for the look it isnt so nice...
so you see it depends what is for you a great rep...
