Uploading pictures

Son of a B I’ve been trying to upload pics for a couple topics I want to start. I’m on Tapatalk. When I try it just puts some type of link on the page that isn’t a pic. I’ve seen a topic on how to upload but I can’t find it now. Just looking for a little help.
