Hi all,

Got this DSN Fiddy from a, now banned, member a week ago. I know, I know, it is not a rare piece on the forum and there are plenty of pics out there, but still, I simply have to share some pics of this beauty. Really an amazing watch, I can not understand I haven't gotten one of these before! (Beware of plenty and heavy pics!)

It is presented in the pics on a very nice brown Gunny strap with black stitches and a GPF-Mod buckle.

The package included 6 straps (2 Gunny straps), extra buckles, tubes, pins etc.

Nice crisp dial of course.

Flush CP. The blue tint to the AR is of course not that apparent in real life.

Nice crown, flush CG pin and a lever that actually presses the crown down and closes it tight.

Swiss 6497 E.

Oh, I got the E0117 caseback! (Note to oneself: When going for the gen - do NOT get that one! )

Lume is ok I guess...

What? Ar you still looking? Jeeez! Ok, you get the mandatory wristshot.

Comments and questions are welcome of course!

I am not sure that someone with the name EXPLODER should have a saph crystal Fiddy... Kinda seems like your just teasing the watch Gods and might wake up one morning with.... well, an exploded crystal.
So to make sure this does not happen, go ahead and send it off to me!
Very nice watch, CC sold me one almost 2 years ago and I stupidly let it go. Now I find myself looking for a new one.

Great looking Fiddy you have there. I decided the Fiddy was just a bit too big for me, but still I wish I had it.

Enjoy yours. :p

7" is no problem. My skinny 2-year old son wears his 217 without any problem. It's all about attitude! :D

:D :D I hope to avoid exploding crystals, but to be honest I'm not sure I will take this one flying. (?)

Well, I have a few PAMs and this one sure wears very well. Definitely a keeper! It takes some time to dress it up in all the straps as well... 8)

Xplodr...that is one SWEEEEET lookin' FIDDY!
Do you know if this is a "standard" DSN piece...?
One day I'll buy one, but am at the moment "entertaining" a 47mm RDIOMIR from him...then maybe a FIDDY or a 217-destro...
Enjoy it, looks awesome!! [smilie=hello2.gif] [smilie=hello2.gif] [smilie=hello2.gif]

Hahahahaha, When I think in my mind what it will look like on me, the pic of your son wearing it is what I conjure up!

Thanks Majestyk! Yes, as far as I understand this is a standard DSN Fiddy.

MATE YOU KNOW IT!!
I have my mind set on some more 47mm beauties!
(As a matter of fact, I hardly wear my GEN Planet Ocean Chrono...feels small!)
I'm still undecided between his 249 & the 232 (both RADIOs).....love that cushion shape.
I came across this on another site ..(sorry mods if I break a rule), but the photo essay of this GEN Cali is GORGEOUS!

http://www.network54.com/Forum/353391/t ... llection...

From what I've seen, the REP is slightly different, but wow huh...!??!?!
I think I'm leaning towards the 249, need to pay for some dental work first.....damn!
