Ok, not a Seiko? The crowns at 4, but the blurred dial wording is too much for "seiko", sinn bezels start at 05 but it's not a sinn. I'm having a hard time figuring out what the heck that is dude and it really chaps my ass.

lol, It's an Obris Morgan Aegis. Old micro brand. Lumes actually only just OK but under a black light the yellow/orange seconds hand paint just freaking glows bright. Looks great.
