looking forward to your photos
Hi Spirit,
I'm sorry about that. I wish you all the very best!
Cheers.
Welcome back Spirit! Glad to hear you are unharmed.
I guess I'm in a bit of a "red" mood today...
Holy Crap!!! I'm so sad that you've had that terrifying experience of looking down a gun barrel-- TWICE! Sweet Jesus!! I share the concern and thanks of other Forum members that you're all right; that your family is OK. Peace be with you, Spirit, and Blessings to you and your family.

Hello fellas!
...Long time no posting around here nor any of the watch forums. But I will try to get back to the hobby indoors at least.
After the 2 consecutive gunpoint robberies that I suffered (both at the same month) here in this ******* shithole of a country (brazil) I´m not wearing any watches anymore, due to to the lack of safety and to not put my family at any risk. Due to that, my collection got frozen at the moment, since I´m not buying any new watches so far, which gets me really sad as this is a passion of mine and something that I enjoy doing the most...
But, at least, I´ll try to take more pics of my watches indoors, since it´s the only place I can now admire them, until things get better in this shithole or I get past the trauma (or move to another country - which is my big will and planning right now.)
So, this morning I got to take some pics of a watch that I´m really admiring nowadays, and grow considerably on my, even more than the Sub on the last months, the Yacht-Master
See ya around, mates!
Cheers,
Spirit.
Thank you very much, my friend
Yeah, I´m really pissed and extremely disgusted with this country here... This country is over for me.
...Gonna try to post more regularly after I get my life reorganized too
Thanks for the kind words, Temporis
Thank you very much, minty!
...Great looking Tudor you´ve got there! I would like to get one of these myself down the road.. How does it feel on the wrist? Bigger than the Rolex Submariner?
Dave my friend!
Big thanks for your kind words as well, mate! Really warming to receive all the cheerful messages from the RWI family, this indeed counts a lot
...Yeah, hope to never have to go thru such a thing again, but here in this shithole of a country, the probability is just too high. There´s no hope to a country when the government is one of the biggest thieves around and is destroying the own country from inside out.
It´s crime party here from top to bottom, and the respectful citizens have no rights anymore here.
Wishing brazil will get its ass handed on a silver plate by any other team in this ******* worldcup, so the government can´t use the winning as a political strategy to reelect themselves and things just MIGHT be a tiny bit better for the whole country.
Best Regards!

Yesterday night I decided to take some pics of the Platinum Daytona using my camera´s flash to see how they would turn up...I know using the flash is a NO NO situation and one should never use it, but once in a while, you can even get an average result with it.
Cheers,
Spirit.
It was always tempting piece for me! Its a stunner Dave!
