Hi guys :)

Lately I feel like I'm flooding the forum with my pics, so for tonight I thought of making a single thread for my beloved cheapies :)

The first one I want to show you is the Jaeger LeCoultre Master Geographic.
This watch comes from Hont, as usual, and it wasn't my first choice: I wanted a Glashutte senator that was out of stock, so I choose this one instead. I went for the rose gold case with white face.
I must admit I was quite lucky, this is not the closest to gen but it's a stunning watch and I particularly like it 'cause I find it spot on with a suit, without being too classic.
I put this one on a new faux croc strap instead of the rep strap, which sux:

Second one is my beloved Chopard Mille Miglia GT XL.
This is the 21j version and it is sold for less than a hundred bucks.
This is the watch I wear most often, and after seeing the pics I just decided I'll be wearing it tomorrow as well :)
Again, quite a bunch of flaws, biggest one is the open case back, but I like it as it is.
This one is on a custom strap made by the nice guys at 2d straps:

Last but not least, here's a watch I was a bit afraid to wear after all the comments I read about it repping a watch that costs 1 million dollars as gen.
Well actually I wore it today at work and, as I thought, no one even noticed my watch so I guess I'll be hardly called out ;)
This is the Patek Philippe Skymoon tourbillion. This watch comes from Silix and again I changed the sh*tty rep strap with a genuine ostrich leg:

Okay, finally I'd like to add that the whole point of this thread was not only to share some of my pics with the member of this great forum ( thing that I like a lot anyway :)) but to show that even reps in the low range can be very satisfactory, at least IMHO.

As always any comment or advice is welcome.
I really hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoy shooting and sharing them :)
Thanks guys and thanks rwi.

Skymoon price is $1,4M. You're very brave to wear it. I have same watch in RG, but I never wore it. Where I live, I'd be called out immediately.

Thanks guys for the appreciation, I'm more than happy to share :)

Well actually it really depends were you live in. Here in Italy, except for the biggest cities like Milan or Rome, you need to go to very specific and exclusive places to find a millionaire. Sure it's no California :)

Count me in. :hehehe: Great pics though, wish I could pull off macros like that of my collection. Tutorial, anybody?

These are not real macros, I'm still shooting pics with my phone, so I can't close up that much.
If your looking for tutorials take a look at the stickies in this section, I found them very helpful. If you wish to learn more there's a photography section in the main page also.
I, and I think the other members too, would be happy to see your collection!

I have always liked the chopard gtxl in white.
I have a gen in black with power reserve and two reps in black, faulty..
But I yearn for the white pictured hear.
Great pics by the way.

Stunning photography of some very beautiful designs.

Pieces like this really tip the balance when it comes to taking the plunge on placing orders.....

Props to you OP!!!

BEAUTEOUS collection, K. By this noob's eyes, they look great! Most importantly: YOU LIKE THEM? YOU WEAR THEM. Remember the "99.999% Rule": Those are the number of civilians who will NOT have a clue about your watches -- if they even notice them at all; it's the other 0.001% who will. Enjoy, my friend!!
