The way it says Oyster perpetual does not look right. I don't know how to explain it. The font looks weird. I would have to open it up. It may be Gen though. I'm good with the more 80s,90s and early 2000s watches. That being said it does look good everywhere else. Opening the watch and looking at the balance wheel is the only way to be sure.

Open the back and you'll see it pretty quickly. The movements are not as clean and finely made as a gen.
