No, different makers. GF version is $100 cheaper.

The thickness of the bracelet: DJ being a bit thinner than GF/GEN, and therefore a bit lighter
Crystal: DJ being a bit off in the depth of embedment from GEN, and the clarity from the side is not as perfect (whereas GF did a better job replicating the GEN)
The movement... I think it's not much of a deal as both are from Ronda (according to TD), just different models
Others.... I think are equally good

The djf version is the stainless steel version too, but the gf is the 'white gold' rep. Different case engravings at the back and diamond on the crown instead of the blue stone
