Is this the best rep available? What works and what doesn’t on these reps?

For starters the dial is different (look at the sub dial placement - it also has an extra GMT hand), this model as a rep would work better because it uses the regular A7750 movement (as the ones with the placement you want usually have a faux chrono hand).

The one that you linked is 43mm diameter with some non functioning chrono.
The navi world that tkingjr mentioned is bigger (47mm diameter) with functioning Chrono.

Being a A7750 I would think so, I would email TDs to be sure.
