Does the original watch have frozen 3 o'clock subdial? That's the one I have.

Yes, the BP01 have the hour counter hand glued on the dial at 3 o'clock.
The datewheel for eta7753 in gen a23322 is exclusive to breitling and very hard to find on the market.
The datewheel on the modified a7550 of BP01, although has correct font, does not share the same dimension with the datewheel on eta7753. FYI, it's even different from the eta7750, i know because i have like 5x 775x of different variations.
So basically, the correct datewheel is very hard to come by and I have to live with the stock datewheel for now.

Awesome franken... Just FYI, there is a generic ETA datewheel available from parts suppliers that has the date at 430 and is centered.

man, that white dial BP is super close to the gen dual honestly! BP did very well repping the navitimer..

That watch looks so good but the date wheel is killing me. Another modder on here said you can take the overlay off a 7750 date wheel and thin it a little either on the outside or inside edge and use it on a 7753.
Generic 7750 date wheels with the date facing out are inexpensive. you should give it a try.

The account then remains permanent and you can let your NAWCC membership expire.
Do the expert way as mentioned above, or do the amateur way like me - checking ebay daily for a good deal.

Probably just different angle and lighting. I had a 3-6-9 compax JF navitimer with modified a7750 and it's suken effect is much more noticeable.
