Where to get a Navitimer chrono second hand?

My Navitimer is with Adrian for service, and he advised that the chrono second hand (large one that normally sits in the 12 o'clock position) has a crack in the bush so needs replacement otherwise it may not stay perfectly aligned when the chrono is reset.

Any ideas on where to source a replacement? New or used is fine, as long as it is in good working order and is reasonably priced. Thanks!
