Correct ... just get the BR 03 some good reps coming out now .. the new diver is excellent and there is a new full ceramic etc

Why do you 'need' a 46mm ? .... you can try and ask a TD if they can find you one .. but they will be pretty crap compared to the BR 03 which is the most popular version and the most accurate. Do what you will ...
