Your dial is one of the better ones I’ve seen. No sign of the lume stain.
What you were describing isn’t a patina. It is caused by the leakage or melting of the lume varnish or coating, which flows onto the dial, and then either oxidized or turned brown after reaction with sunlight.

Do you think the problem is made worse by warm temperatures or direct sunlight?

I do really like the Sincere and mine is fine now but I am concerned it will end up like the others.

If it is heat then I will wear it in cooler months only.

Yes, it could be heat, or sunlight, or oxidization, or a combination of all 3.
I am actually impressed at how you kept your watch dial in such pristine condition lol. :D
