QC pics question AP RO 15400 v3

Hi guys,

Just received these QC pics for the AP RO 15400 V3.

Was hoping to get your input on them, does it seem like the AP logo is crooked and not well centered on the dial?

Also, is this the updated V3 in your opinion?

I appreciate all any input!
