Tried this on in the AD at the hotel and she said not recommended to swim with it either

The good ones are custom made by strap makers here on the forum, Jacobs and Donerix are two strap makers

One way is from dhg for a bit less than that. The good sellers there can get them. Could try and see the price-quality ratio.

Where is your strap from? Donerix or another maker? Do they use inserts so the fitting is perfect? Because I know Donerix doesnt use inserts on his APs and the fitment sucks.

$40 isn’t going to get you much.
AP makes a rubber strap for the 15400 but it’s $300ish. @puretime said that JF is working on a rep rubber strap also but no idea when it will be avaialable, and even that will be $50+

Yea you are going to have a very tough time finding a leather strap that costs 40 bucks for this watch. These straps are somewhat hard to make due to the inserts. Some strap smiths have their own systems (Bond Tailored and SMP) while others require you to send in like Jacob. In either case these straps cost 150+ to make. For your budget you may want to see if a cheaper Vietnamese strap maker is willing to make the strap for you, if you send them them a rep strap to use the inserts. Try @ziczacleather
