But it looks to me that the outer ring is not properly adjusted and a bit off clockwise. I asked them to fix that on 17.02.2024

Thanks mate, the reason I am asking is because I am awaiting my watch that was supposed to be shipped on Jan 29th and the status at DHL hasn't changed since then, hence I am starting to get a bit worried haha.
