Wondered if anyone could identify this movement - I think it is another 2813 - it's in a 16610 I purchased in 2009: the movement has stopped working and I want to replace it with a new one

That’s an ETA clone - 2824 or 2836.

Or possibly an ETA 2678. Yes... probably one of those.

Looks like you got a old WM9 sub there or a very early TC

that is a ETA 2678

It is an old WM9 yes! any recommendations on where to buy a good quality 2678 replacement?

not off hand , but thats worth sending to a smith and having it rebuilt

As another option - Try reaching out to BK (bklm1234) as I believe he sold these at one time. Ask him if it’s possible to replace the movement with a 2824 or 2836
