So I normally wouldn't do this, but this thread is actually good, so back on topic.

I spend most of my *wine" time in Napa. Is it true that Socal has put together some good wines. If so, can anyone make a recommendation? Cab preferred.

Albeit central coast.

Santa Barbara has some decent ones, south of that (Temecula) not so much.

Thanks for the information. I'd started to hear about Temecula wines, but didn't know what to think.

I've had a couple of Daou wines at some restaurants. I'll go buy a few you've listed. Thanks again @Lagunax 👍
