Winding.

Hi,
my first rep a 183h from PT has arrived..I have done searches on advice on how to wind one of these but unfortunate as I cannot find anything specific.Any tips on how to wind it?I appreciate I need to be careful as there have been problems in the past

Just wind it gently, clock wise direction... Please don't apply force when you feel resistance from the spring (sign of fully wound).

Do I need to unscrew first,or pull crown out to perform the wind,and how would I set the time?

You have to unsrew it first but do not pull up to wind. To adjust the time, you have to pull out the crown after unscrewing it.

I have unscrewed it,puled it out to set time,winded it now do i screw it back in or push it in?

you have to screw it back in. It's to prevent from dust particles or water enter your watch.
