From Left to Right and starting from the upper row:

IWC Mark XX
Heard V7F - A2892 or ZF-9015 are the best factories
IWC Mark (tribute to mark xi)M+F - A2892
Longines SpiritZF - A2892
Avenger Automatic 43mmGF - A2824 / Spreadheet suggests OXF but I don't think it is up to date
Avenger GMT IIGF - A2836 / GF seems to be closed so only rubber strap is available which doesn't look great
Avenger GMT 45mmGF - A2836

Hope this helps. First time buying replicas so I am very confused. Thanks!

Many infos can be found in the brand's dedicated areas, time to do some reading 😉.
IMO V7F Mark XX or XVIII are really good.
GF Avengers were amazing but out of production iirc, some are to be found on M2M from times to times (one is actually for sale I believe).
Happy hunt.

Reading this forum for 1 week and it is only getting confusing 😅. Starting from a simple video of super rep vs gen now I can literally count multiple types of movements and their pros and cons. This stuff is definitely way harder than choosing a gen. Looks like I still need time.

Kudos for making a start on the research. It was well over a year (and probably more than 30 TD and M2M purchases) before I felt like I was getting a feel for the subject!

Yep, it takes time - a week (as you've found) is barely even scratching the surface. But again - good on you for a post that demonstrates you're putting an effort in, rather than a bland "Who Makes The Best..?" request. If I knew anything about IWC I'd happily assist... but it's not a brand I've ever been that interested in. (But also it's best not to take any notice of anything I say anyway - so no loss...)

Hey man, great job on the research. Your table is correct. V7 > ZF for the Mark XX in my opinion simply because ZF deco movement with the 9015 is kinda meh and has known to have issues!

Did you end up buying one of these, Crypted? I have been considering both the IWC XX and Longines Spirit. Both in Blue.

It is possible the Spirit is no longer available despite still being listed on Trusty's site? His site is a good research resource but many are not longer availabe.

I don't see many V7F versions of the IWC XX available, either.

From the perspective of movement replication, i think i would pick the longines.

The Mark xx replica uses 2892 movement, whereas the genuine uses IWC 32111 movement. I have no idea if the 2892 movement functions the same as the IWC 32111 movement (e.g., hand-setting direction and quick date flips at 00:00 if any).

The GF breitling replica uses A2836-2 GMT movement, but the genuine uses Caliber 32 (?) which is an ETA 2893-2 movement: these movements function slightly different and have different dimensions which probably influences the case dimension slightly. At least the crown/stem/tube height is probably different.

The Longines Spirit L3.810 uses L888.3 movement (?) which is the ultimate base movement of the ETA 2892-A2. The genuine and replica movements should function more-or-less the same (except for the 72h power reserve on the L888.3).

Last I checked Longines not available.
