I have to say "none of these." The president doesn't need "look at me" bling.

This is an odd thread because it has already been posted that the last 2 real Presidents, not make believe, do not wear any of these. When this was pointed out the OP says no, not what a real life President actually wears, but what would a make believe President wear? I think the answer is he can wear whatever he wants.

The thread was created to gage the members imagination, If you were president which watch would you wear? if you could imagine the idea of a president what watch would you wear? That's all. Each president is different, presidency represents different things to different people.

Yup. But there are only 4 choices given. If you look at any of the Congressional leaders, I doubt any of them wear those either. When you get to that level of politics, it becomes extremely important to not alienate any constituents. This is why you always see politicians out on the campaign trail with rolled up sleeves trying to fit in with the masses. Every detail is planned and debated with staff, down to which color tie he should wear that day for the event. Those 4 watches are far too "fancy" for the average Joe voter. You'll never see a real President wearing any of those while in office. Afterwards, perhaps, but never during their term in office. At that level it is not about you, it is about what the voters want, and voters don't want a fancy Rolex toting guy who can't relate to them. It's all about perception. Long term value, great history, outstanding workmanship and materials be damned. Joe voter doesn't care about that and why a Rolex is such a great watch. JMHO

I'm aware, it's much like being a Lawyer. It's best to wear Gray because the color doesn't necessarily provoke any emotion or judgement but this was more in the sense of fantasy.
