no.. it's from dealers who are no longer trusted here because of price fixing. Stick to our dealers and you'll be safe. 
if you want to learn some RWI history search "jandrew" interesting stuff... this place is awesome and looks out for it's members even if it's not the most popular decision at the time.

true that cartel was a couple of dealers that fixed prices together, and thay are therefore nolonger among the trusted dealers here on rwi. however often when referred to cartel this or that, the point should be that the mentioned watch is sourceable only through the cartel sites. that isn't always true though, but there seems to be a number of reps only possible to get through the cartel, whether we like it or not.
Yes, the word "Cartel" is used to describe PAMs from the makers that Andrew and Josh typically use. However, these watches can be sourced from lots of other dealers here.
