Emailed Ruby and Joshua for the Pam 192. They both said the 192 is no longer made.
What's up?

Boy, I guess I am ultra glad I have one already. Check out some of the other dealers, there are bound to be some floating around somewhere. Good luck it's a great watch :)

The PAM 192 can still be found. The main problem is that many of the new ones are not made with titanium though, they are just brushed steel. While this is more accurate for the weight of the watch it is not for the looks.

Still looking for the Pam 192!

I emailed Paul and andrew (as well as Joshua and Ruby) and they all said that the Pam 192 is no longer being produced! I will try EL and a couple more.
Bummer.
Thanks for the imput fellas!

oxizing the case makes such a huge differance, before the case looks like brushed ss... after its a work of art. I actually prefer the lighter weight since I usually wear in on the tt and ss band... I find the all ss band is just too heavy for comfortable wear all day.

From the images I've gathered of the gen, I don't see that much of a difference in color between the case and bezel. Why should there be? The case is brushed tantalum and the bezel is polished tantalum. In my opinion the color should not differ that much. My titanium version looks pretty close in color compared to the gen, but I would never consider oxidizing it.

I have compared mine (with improved crown) with a gen I was fortunate enough to have access to. There is a difference in the look of the case. But you would have to have them side by side to see it.

I luv it and it gets more than its share of wrist time. If you can still find one they are beauties.

I put a black TC strap with blue thread on it and it looks great.

Here's some pics of the gen

you might want to save them for future reference. I personally like my rep better than the gen, although I might change my mind if one fell out of the sky into my hand :)

it's OOP!!

-

Arrrggghhhh!!! I had been waiting aa I presumed the Ti 192 was not one that was likely to go OOP.

Damn! Let me know if you find it out there in 'dealer land'.

This is reminscent of the 172 scenario: I bought one w/ the Ti case & SS bezel, and blue hands, 'F' mvmt - and now all I see 'round are 111H look-alikes masquerading as 172 (SS case & black hands) w/ 'Tantalium' on dial the only clue this is supposed to be a 172 ... seems like the Ti + SS bezel is a dying breed (not all Ti, 177H for e.g.)
