http://www.wernersflyingwatches.com/default.asp has a interesting rang of flying and millitery watches including repro WW1 and 2 mill watches and flight watches from a few manufactures, even hard to get Seiko mill stuff. Well worth a look. Thanks to greg_r over at RWG for finding him. Werner made a few sales in the first 3 hours after the orig post!

why? do you think the citizen quartz chronograph movement is troublesome? that is what they are using in the watch i linked to. i think it will last as long as their watches and that is a very long time.

at 141.90 i bet it will out last everyone of those 1,000.00 hbb chinese 7750 chrono's.

This is a good old-timey east coast expression. I appreciate the use of such expressions and I'm impressed by the user.

That Fortis style chrono (the R7) is very nice, their address is probably less than 2 hours from where I live, so i could try to view these items......HOWEVER.....

Check out the "Breitling" section:

They claim to have sold 2 genuine Navitimers at Gen prices, the white one is definately 100% rep. The Datora is almost certainly rep too....despite what they say.

So based on at least one blatant lie, can we trust their products??

Several members have bought from him. Not me so I'm just passing on what I heard. There's a post over at WRG2 concerning this. I'll dig it up and find out who bpught from him. If it all turned out OK, that answers that. If not, pass him to Fakey. I think at least one of them is a member here.

EDIT: Okies, BillUK has bought from them. Good comms, watch arived promptly, watch was as described and without flaws. He likes it and so far it's still running. That's only one sale of cause, proves nothing so who's next?
I did note the Navis but did not look as closly and whith as much skill as you did. I'll take your word on the fact there fakes. Everyone agree on that point? I don't know Navis well enough to tell without geting a gen pic and comparing SbS.

Hey, lay off Werners!
These are all low end Gen watches (except for the Breitling!) and come with full warranties and guarantees.

I have dealt with them on several occasions and they been nothing but professional.

I was just thinking of Werners. GregR at RWG1.1 ordered a few when this was posted there. I'll see if he can post some pics/review what he got. I'l link from here when he does.
