Want to build a franken DJ for my wife, dial question.

I have been trying to buy a gen one but refuse to pay grey market prices and i am sick of the typical AD run around so I thought I would look for a rep.

Problem is the rep dial is really just not good.

I have searched but can't find a gen dial. Where does everyone look outside of the normal chrono24 and eBay for gen dials? Anyone have a lead on this dial?

Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

If you find a modder that builds frankens there’s a chance they can source parts… at least that’s been my experience

it’s also a great way to not get screwed if you’re not 100% sure what to look out for

why hot the New VSF 36 DJ and dial swap with GMF and then ... work on a long term dial solution.. good luck with getting purple right

Thanks for the help. The idea is to put it into the new VSF Datejust 36mm, I was planning on finding the gen dial first and then building the franken around that.

Looking on eBay most of the dials are "aftermarket" and don't match the gen.

Will keep digging.
