It's same shipping method. Many dealers are actually using same kind of methods or shipping company. But it's different shipping situation in Nov than in Oct considering the covid restrictions.

I noticed our difference is yours used shipping partner "FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC." whereas mine was shipped via "EC BEST SERVICE"
Where do you see the shipping service? I am currently on day 33 and only see this:

If you take the actual tracking number and put it into USPS (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input), it will show you the details of the Shipping Partner that was used. Mine looks very similar to yours

Yeah, it's a bit of a bummer. Currently on day 28 with the shipping having been sent out on October 19th. I hope I can get it before the holiday as it's meant to be a gift.

Im on day 22 with no activity.

How many days is the cut off point? What I mean is after some time I know the tracking will no longer be valid at all so Puretime wont be able to look into it since there wont be any record of it

Might not be what you want to hear but you can buy tracking plus.. it is pretty nominal and will give tracking information for 120 days. Click your tracking number and then go down to tracking plus.

It should arrive or be reshipped before it get's invalid. Shipping company is working on these shipments. Don't worry too much. It just takes a bit longer

Thank you! I honestly feel a lot better hearing this. I was nervous that it doesn’t come for months and then we are out of luck because there is no trace of the shipping

Does tracking plus allow visibility into partner couriers as well? From what I’m reading it seems to only apply once USPS gets their hands in it.

I don’t mind waiting, but my primary is not knowing whether it got stuck in customs or not.

For my order I was sent the same type of tracking. There has been no activity since October 25. It just says:

"Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" for the last 41 days

I was then sent a new USPS tracking number on Tuesday (Nov 29) from their support team (after I reached out to their support). The new tracking just says:

"Label Created, not yet in system

A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail® package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon."

Not sure what is going on here

Just to update this thread - I reached out to PT on Dec 26, 2022 stating that no shipping updates had occurred since Oct 12, 2022 (2.5 months). I received a message back on Dec 29, 2022 that a new watch will be shipped and I should await QC pictures.

Currently awaiting QC pics.
