Dear rep wizards,
I have in my possession a very nice Tudor 90500 case set. It was sold to me by a member of this forum. I have all the reasons to believe it is gen.
My original plan was to build a Ranger. I ordered a dial from raffles and serviced a genuine ETA 2784 as it is my understanding it is the correct movement for this watch.
However, after putting the watch together, I noticed that the movement sits way too high in the case, thus making it impossible to secure it to case nor fitting back the stem.
So the big question here is: why?
There are a couple of possibilities:
Needless to say, I'm a bit at loss as to how to solve this problem.
Any help or suggestions are welcome.
Thank you

There are a couple of possibilities:
- 90500 and 9050/0 are different cases
- The dial should be curved
- The Tudor 2784 & ETA 2784 have different stem heights
Needless to say, I'm a bit at loss as to how to solve this problem.
