I'm absolutel gutted. After reading the positive reviews about the reverso here, i have devided to purchase this as my first good replica. The comments here really made up my mind to pull the trigger and order the watch after so many positive reviews.
I've ordered the watch, got a proper buckle for it and got in touch with Aprell for a reverso 1931 style strap. Spent a fair amount of money on this rep and its accessories.
The watch arrived with its strap dented, peeling off slightly on both the lug sides. I made no big deal as I was getting a strap made for it anyway.
After a couple of days the watch lost 30min overnight. The watch was provided with a low battery. No biggie, I'll just order some batteries. Got in touch with PureTime to ask for assistance in some sort of info on how to remove the case, replace the battery etc. Didn't get a reply. Ordered the tools in, kit of micro screwdrivers, etc.
Changed the battery, don't know how but the stem has fallen off and for the light of me I can't get it back in. Doesn't attach back to the movement
Got in touch with PureTime to ask for assistance and I have to say that the service recovery from their side has been really bad. I keep getting passed on from side to side and nobody there seems to engage in helping me out on this.
I ended up with a watch that doesn't work. Apologies for the rant but does anyone here know how to attach the stem back again. Surely removing the battery shouldn't have caused the stem to fall off.
Thanks
