if i have a dsn pam 111h what size watch strap should i look for? 22mm, 24mm, 26mm? also where can i get oem panerai straps for cheap is their an alternative that is a little cheaper? i am looking for a nice black leather strap with white/black stitching. when i say nice leather i mean really nice, supple, no blemishes.

As far as cheap, don't think so. The straps you are referring to don't sell cheap. You will probably see them starting at around $50 bucks at Panatime though.
44mm Pams use 24mm straps,
47mm Pams use 26mm straps.
panatime is a good choice...but no comparison to custom made straps from tootall or savage .
its worth it.
