Guys, I have purchased watches through RWI before, but am really confused about all these "mariners". I like the look of the stainless steel submariner (or deep seadweller) with black face. But the prices range from $100 for a "noobmariner" to $600+. I'm currently not interested in the most exact expensive model. But I don't understand what you get for different price points.

I just want a good-looking functional watch, slightly waterproof. But I could be overlooking problems like bands that don't adjust or crooked dates. Sharp luminous markings are obviously preferred. But I don't appreciate the advantage of a ceramic bezel and wouldn't even know about exact markings.

Can somebody please explain what I would get for around $200 or $300 that I wouldn't get in a $110 noobmariner from Eurotimez?
