Andrew was amazing! I had several questions over several emails and Andrew answered them all very promptly. When the first QC pictures came in I noticed a small issue and asked if it could be corrected. He reached out to the clean factory and got it fixed within 48 hours. Watch arrived in the proper amount of shipping time and was everything I was hoping for. Will definitely be back!
