Nope. I live in Singapore. But my wife's Thai, and I visit Bangkok once in every few months.

That's why I'm doing a bit of research what kind of price range they offer in Bangkok so I'd know how to bargain when I go rep shopping.

Well, I would *assume* that you could negotiate a better price in person since he doesn't have to mess with shipping, etc. I bet cash-in-hand would be an influence as well, if you're selling something for $300 USD and have to ship it, it would be hard to turn down $275 if the customer is standing right in front of you and all you have to do is hand the watch over. :wink:

Schnappy... I have FULL confidence with our dealers here. I have no doubt that most preferred dealers here will deliver only the BEST and never anything they won't use themselves. However, most of the selections available here are either TOO GOOD (and EXPENSIVE) or TOO CRAPPY... it's hard to find ranges in the middle.

In addition to selections here, I'm just looking around for offline dealers so I can see the products in person and possibly bargain for lower prices, but not looking for street peddler kinds.
