Looks like a very cheap fantasy. Which is basically what it is.
The dial is horribly badly made. It does not look aged, just poorly made. The case is totally non-Rolex. The Ring surrounding the movement .... OMG!! Looks like it was made by a 3 year old...

Nobody would ever consider this to be a genuine article.

I wonder which nice watch was slaughtered to create this monstrosity (Looks like there is an original dial and back. Perhaps the rest still exists??).

Please can someone tell me what is nice about it?

I understand people have different tastes, but saying the dial is horribly made seems disingenuous. It's a metal dial with enamel... I think you'd need some skill to produce that. I find it very creative and unique - everything a fantasy watch should be. But there's no accounting for taste.
