what is the difference in the 2824 and 2836 movements?

sorry if this is a dumb question.

I am trying to find the right watch and all these movements confuse me. I see the swiss ETA 2832-2, asia 2836-2 , asia 2836 (without the -2), 2824, and asia 2813.

What are all these? I hear that you should avoid Swiss eta movements in replicas. and I should get the standard 28xx asia movement, non decorated. What does all that mean?

the Eta 2836 have the day date function ... 2824 not.

the -2 is the version of the same movement, maybe with some improvements by the factory , eta in this case. So, the 2824 is the oldest version (without -2)

The Swiss eta movements in replicas, for my experience, are a mix o components .. Swiss+China or you will find the movement dirty and need a service ...
