Awaiting QC photos. I'm not in a hurry with this order.
Seems like some users mentioned some 5296G to have sector indices spacing issues or date window misalignment, so I'll be looking out for that.

Feb 15, 2023- Received QC photos. (15 days after payment).

However, there were some issues with the unit, the most noticeable is the date window not centered/aligned.

Got second QC for the 5196g.

It looks ok to me, just need to check if one spot on the case is dust or a ding.

Absolutely gorgeous watch!
I’ve got lots of submariners and other dive watches, but this is one of the most beautiful watches I’ve come across so far; both the front and the back. Movement decorations are absolutely stunning; despite having the loud Miyota rotor noise.

It is ok. It’s not real alligator leather; just embossed. So after some time, the embossing will fade and crack with repeated use.
I recommend get several nicer 21mm straps.
I make my own leather straps so I never even tried on the factory strap.
