Santos ultimate with asian movement?

Hello Cartier fans,

Just wanted to ask if this same ultimate version is available with an asian movement? I would guess that would make it much easier to afford. I searched through this whole forum and didn't find a clear answer. It seems the asian ones don't have the same correct ruby, etc.

I've checked with my TD, no asian movt, either this or the quartz only
