Santos 100 Pick

I need help. I want to buy a Santos 100. Where do you guys suggest I purchase from (don't want to break the bank) that is accurate and uses quality parts so it doesn't fall apart within the first week.

I've bought a couple already and they usually come MISSING parts like screws, etc, or the stem snaps and breaks super easily when setting time.

Looking for something worth my $
