santos 100 bracelet screws problem

What a sh**ty day.
just got my santos 100 on ss bracelet and both screws are just pushed in,
looks like the whole thing holds on hopes and dreams.
Is it a separate case or someone heard of this problem.
It is such a downer, I'm quite disappointed with overall quality of my rep, hit QC problem not solved by my TD, and now this.

I had same problem....just buy some 23mm new screws are actually screw in beautifully with no issues. Can't understand why they are just pushed in

Is it some kind of standard 23mm I can get from any watch place, or more custom cartier size?

What I got so far is, the tread on the lugs is bigger than on pins and I'm not sure if thats my bad luck or the way it is done.

My plan was to get ultimate look with clone movement but I have to admit I'm not in love with this one.
