Is Liverpool going to sign another good player? AFAIK only Minamino this window.

MLS Update:

Good news for LA Galaxy fans who just lost Zlatan! Ex Manchester United forward Javier Hernandez also knows as Chicharito transferred from Sevilla to the Galaxy. Would be a great pacy option up front and could definitely see him competing for the top scorer spot against his new town rival and countryman Carlos Vela.

I think Klopp will keep the squad as is, although he does have 3 injuries in the squad (Lovren, Clyne & Keita). The only way that they would spend big is if Mane or Salah leaves which is highly unlikely in the next 10 days (however definitely a possibility in the summer).

With Shaqiri rumored to be leaving, Wijnaldum's contract running down (1 year left in June) and Lallana & Milner not getting any younger, I can definitely Klopp trading in one of his star players for a few replacements like he did with Coutinho in the near future.

Mbappe would be fantastic for Liverpool.

He definitely would be a great addition! His contract expires in 2022, if PSG tie him down to a longer contract this year it will be hard for any team to buy him as they won't accept anything less than 200M. I'm guessing you support Liverpool?

No, I am a Chelsea fan thru and thru since 1995.
I just admire what Liverpool has done this season so far.

Good game yesterday, shame you couldn't finish your chances.

With Giroud possibly leaving for Inter by the end of the window, Batshuayi not being clinical enough and Pedro's as well as Willian's contracts running out at the end of the season (both are also older than 30). I think Lampard should invest in a right winger in the near future (in case Pulisic gets injured), a more consistent left winger in the summer (Odoi is still young and doing well however he will improve faster by competing for his spot against someone with more experience) and a second striker who can hold the ball well to provide more space for Tammy and the wingers if you're trailing after 70 minutes. I can definitely see Zaha, Insigne and Cavani playing for Chelsea.

Yeah, current Chelsea is inexperience. I completely agree; they do need a winger and a strong center forward like Drogba and Diego Costa.

Same here, but have not followed them as long as you have. I still miss the days of Lampard.

Bundesliga Update:

Bayern Munich sign defender Alvaro Odriozola on loan from Real Madrid. He was directly involved in a goal every 286 minutes in all competitions (compared to 444 minutes by his competitor Carvajal).

This transfer could mean good new for Arsenal who could possibly land Jerome Boateng on loan till the end of the season as he would become the 5th choice CB behind Alaba, Pavard, Hernandez and Sule.

This is when Gianluca Vialli was in charge. Did you go to the game?

I wanted to, but couldn’t that time (was on vacation with the entire family). Just got a picture and then went to the shop for shirts and then back on the train to go to Grumbles (my favorite restaurant over there).
:)

Serie A Update:

Inter Milan sign winger Victor Moses on loan from Chelsea with an option to buy.

He will hopefully help his former boss Antonio Conte reduce the 4 point gap on leaders Juventus. However, it might affect recent summer acquisition Valentino Lazaro's future who might be going out on loan in search for regular playing time.

Premier League Update:

As predicted by yesterdays update, Newcastle have completed the signing of Inter Milan winger Valentino Lazaro on loan (1.5M€) until the end of the season and will also have the option to buy him in June (23.5M€). Inter signed Lazaro last summer for 22M€ + bonuses, if the Magpies decide to go ahead with the purchase, Inter will be making a slight profit of 500k-1.5M€.

The decision to loan/sell Lazaro came after positive discussions with Tottenham over the transfer of Christian Eriksen who will cost the Nerazzurri around 15 to 20M€.

Welcome to the thread! A win today for you, will mean 10 more wins (out of the 14 remaining games) and you get to 100 points! It definitely is not easy, but this team makes it look like a walk in the park.
