Ryan's customer service is hands down superior as compared to any new or old vendors. By comparison, I bought a rep from another dealer on this forum and paid for it almost 3 days ago incl. ems--still no info on tracking as of this writing. Ryan did not offer the rep I needed so I had to go buy it from another TD. Keep up the great work you've started Ryan.
