Replacement parts for my Cartier Santos Xl

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement crown and possibly a new stem depending if I can get the old crown off without breaking.

Hey man, the chances of you finding a rep replacement are slim, I've been trying to find out if I buy a gen crown I'm not sure if the rep stem will accept the gen crown... the community has yet to respond to my posts! I might have to take a dive and try it myself! But if you beat me to it let me know!
