I have an AP ROO DIVER JF v9.5.
On Aug 12th 2019, the stem came out of the watch. Searched RWI and found Katt. I emailed him that night with a quick explanation and picture and he responded right away that it was keyless works issue. He gave me instructions about shipping to him. I sent it to him on Aug 14th. It took a few days for him to receive it and he emailed me right away with issue and price. I gave him go ahead. He sent me back pictures and confirmation it was fixed. He used my return label I sent and I had it back in hand on Aug 24th. No issues since.
Katt was awesome. Couldn't be happier with the timing, service, and price.
