I was winding my pam last nite when i noticed a little piece of clear rubber/silicon between the crown and the case. It was loose and jsut looked like a piece of platic that was nto supposed to be there. So I pulled it out with some tweezers with no effort. Now my clasp on the Crown guard closes alot easier but not to the point that it will open on its own or anything like that.

I guess my question is. Is that little piece of plastic supposed to be there?? It is a davidson crown so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

:D

On the crown or on the crown guard?

On the crown guard I would say it is there to keep the lever tight.

On the crown I would guess that it was a water seal or something to that effect.

You could always ask Dividsen.

It was around the crown spindel I guess you can call it.

When i took it out it looked like nothing just like a piece of rubber clear silicon. THinking might have been from packing???? Seeing as the watch was wrapped in bubble wrap and tape IDK.
